<p>Dismissal of Iktioiment—Habeas Corpus.—An application of a prisoner for discharge under Penal Code, § 1382, on the ground that an indictment was not found against him at the next term of Court at which he was held to answer, must he made, in the first place, to the Court where the prosecution against him is pending.</p>
