Syllabus
<p>Prisons. Removal of prisoners. Circuit judge. Habeas corpus.</p> <p>A circuit judge has no power to order the removal of a prisoner from the jail of the county in which he was convicted to the jail of another county solely because he believed that such removal would discourage “blind tigerism” and make it easier for the officers to enforce the law against unlawful retailing and a writ of habeas corpus is applicable to such a ease.</p>
