<p>WORKMEN’S COMPENSATION</p> <p>Workmen’s Compensation — Spirit of the Act — Must be so Construed as to Carry Out Its Humanitarian Purpose — Injury to a Milk Wagon Driver During a Storm.</p> <p>When an employe is injured while about his master’s business, doing the work and performing the duties assigned to him, he comes within the legislative purpose and intent in the enactment of the state compensation law, and is entitled to an award because of such injury.
