<p>Intoxicating liquors—Unlawful sales—Assessments against real estate—Owner not liable, when—Section 6ojz, General Code-Constitutional law.</p> <p>Section 6072, General Code, in so far as it requires that the tax on the traffic in intoxicating liquors shall be assessed against real estate, when illegal sales have been made therein by a tenant in possession under a lease' of the premises which was made for a legal purpose other than such traffic, and when such ■illegal sales were made without the knowledge or consent of the owner and without his participation in any way, is unconstitutional and void.</p>
