<p>Elections — Qualifications of Voters — Residence.</p> <p>A person who has a business office in New Orleans and none in Plaquemines, who has never lived in Plaquemines, and who has a home in New Orleans and none in Plaquemines, does not acquire the right to vote in Plaque-mines simply from the fact that he spends the greater part of his time on board of a boat which plies between New Orleans and 'Pilot Town, in Plaquemines, a voyage nearly wholly within the parish of Plaquemines.</p> <p>[Ed.
