<p>1. Drains — Assessments—Objections.</p> <p>A litigant will not be heard to urge objections in which he has no pecuniary interest.</p> <p>2. Drains — Drainage District — Elections.</p> <p>The election.by which a drainage district votes a tax and the issuance of bonds must be held under the auspices of the police jury, and not of the board of commissioners of the district.
