<p>1. Drains — Assessments—Objections.</p> <p>A litigant will not be heard to urge objections in which he has no pecuniary interest.</p> <p>2. Pleading — Petition.</p> <p>Vague allegations will not support a petition.</p> <p>TEd. Note. — For cases in point, see Cent. Dig. vol. 39, Pleading, § 39.]</p> <p>■3. Drains — Drainage District — Elections.</p> <p>The election.by which a drainage district votes a tax and the issuance of bonds must be held under the auspices of the police jury, and not of the board of commissioners of the district. If held by the board of commissioners of the district, it is no election.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
