<p>Decedent's estate — Claims for services — Evidence.</p> <p>Claims for services against a decedent’s estate, not made during the lifetime of the decedent, are looked upon by the courts with a great deal of suspicion, and in order to establish such a claim the evidence must be other than that of mere loose declarations, and must be such as to clearly and distinctly establish a contract, either express or implied, between the claimant and the decedent.</p>
