Mary J. Burnsed appeals the court of appeals' opinion reversing the circuit court's grant of summary judgment and holding that section 62 2 507 of the South Carolina Probate Code (2022) revoked her status as primary beneficiary of the life insurance policy of her ex-husband William Carl Meier (Decedent). We affirm as modified.
