<p>Practice, O. G. — Legacy charged on land — Act of 1834.</p> <p>Application to enforce payment of a legacy charged upon land under the Act of February 24, 1834, P. L. 70, must be made by the personal representative of the deceased legatee and not by his widow.</p> <p>Will — Sheriff's sale divesting charge on land.</p> <p>Where land is devised to Isaac charged with a legacy, the interest whereof is to be paid to M. for life and after death of M. said legacy is to be paid to the three children of testator of whom Isaac was one, a sheriff’s sale of Isaac’s interest passes his estate including his remainder in the legacy.</p>
