<p>By tlie will of a testator, Ms estate, both real and personal, was limited to Ms son for life and in trust for Ms children, and it was further provided:</p> <p>“But that he [the son] will receive and enjoy with his childrens the interest or income of said estate during his lifein such case, the son was entitled to receive all the income during said period.</p>
