Syllabus

<p>A testator gave legacies to two step-children designated as “ the two children .... which came to me by marriage with my wife,” as well as to his wife and his own children, by name; and .then provided that the “second division” should go to his wife'and children. In such case, the step-children were not entitled to share in the residuary estate.</p>
