Syllabus
<p>Where a conveyance is made to two persons as grantees, there is a presumption, in the absence of an express agreement otherwise, that each one takes an undivided moiety of the property; and, in such case, if either grantee has furnished more than one half the purchase money, the other is indebted to him in an amount necessary to equalize their respective investments.</p>
