<p>Witness—Discovert.—Examination of a witness in Probate Court under Sec. 1159, O. 0. P., to discover property of estate.</p> <p>Sec. 1459, C. C. P., is intended to aid in the discovery of matters and transactions between the witness and decedent in the lifetime of the latter so that the administrator may, as to his knowledge in the premises, stand on equal terms with the witness.
