Syllabus

<p>In proceedings for an issue devisavit vel non, where the testimony for the petitioners, alleging testamentary ineapaoity and undue influence, disclosed no evidence whatever of undue influence, and, as to testamentary incapacity, consisted mainly of opinions of non-expert witnesses, unsupported by the facts upon which they were based, an issue was properly refused.</p>
