<p>Special Administrator-—Who Entitled to Appointment.—When a testatrix leaves all her property to her husband, whom she names executor, but he dies before the return day of the application for the probate of the will, the sister of the testatrix, who is the sole heir and who is contesting the probate, is entitled to special letters of administration as against the public administrator.</p>
