Syllabus

<p>Execution — Attachment execution — Revival of judgment.</p> <p>An attachment execution upon which judgment has been obtained upon a verdict will not revive the lien of the original judgment under which the attachment execution was issued.</p> <p>An attachment execution issued under a judgment which has lost its lien confers no preference over intervening liens.</p>
