Syllabus

<p>1. As between a parent and child, the evidence to establish a parol gift or s;ile of land must be direct, positive, express and unambiguous; its terms must be clearly defined, and all the acts necessary to its validity must have special reference to it and nothing else; otherwise it is error to submit the question to the jury.</p> <p>2.
