Syllabus

<p>Venue — Transitory Actions — Accounting—Change. An action for an accounting or to declare a trust in lands, is transitory, and it is not an abuse of discretion to grant defendant’s application for a change of venue to the county of his residence.</p> <p>Appeal — Review—Findings. Findings supported by conflicting evidence will not be disturbed on appeal, when it cannot be said that the trial court erred.</p>
