<p>Contracts—Actions—Sufficiency of Evidence—Abandonment.</p> <p>In an action to recover money paid out and services performed under a written contract, evidence held sufficient to warrant the court in deciding as a matter of law that the contract sued on was abandoned and a new contract substituted therefor.</p>
