Appellant Emily Major (Wife) appeals the circuit court's order affirming the magistrate court's order dismissing her complaint and motion for a restraining order. Wife argues the circuit court erred by finding the family court had exclusive subject matter jurisdiction over her case. We reverse the circuit court's order and remand the case to the magistrate court for proceedings consistent with this decision.
