Syllabus

<p>1. Where a servant has been discharged before the expiration of his term of employment, without sufficient excuse, he is prima facie entitled to recover to the extent of his wages for the whole term.</p> <p>2. The servant is bound, however, to use reasonable efforts to obtain employment elsewhere, but the burden of showing that by reasonable efforts he might have found such employment is upon the defendant.</p>
