Syllabus

Where in an action for conspiracy the complaint alleged that defendants, with intent to cheat plaintiff, effected á combination which enabled them to swindle her out of an undivided one-half interest in certain cattle, and alleged the means resorted to in accomplishment of such purpose, but only claimed such damages as resulted from such conspiracy, the complaint was not objectionable as improperly uniting several causes of action by reason of the fact that the acts alleged to have been performed in furtherance of the conspiracy by which plaintiff was injured embraced different transactions.
