<p>Appeal — Auditor's findings confirmed by court, when conclusive — Supine negligence of guardian.</p> <p>Where an auditor has had all the witnesses before him, has found a guardian guilty of supine negligence in the management and collection of rents of certain real estate of the ward and surcharges him accordingly, and the court upon exceptions and after full investigation confirms that finding, the finding is not reversed upon appeal, unless it appears under the evidence to be clearly erroneous.</p>
