Syllabus

<p>Vendor and Purchaser — Option—Acceptance.</p> <p>An option to purchase real estate within ten days for a certain price, payable in cash or on terms, at buyer’s option, in order to bind the proposer, must be accepted as made and the terms specified. An acceptance on a condition not contained in the option amounts to a counter proposition, not binding until accepted in writing by the other party.</p> <p>[Ed. Note. — For cases in point, see Cent.
