<p>Municipal Coepobations—Claims—Notice—Defect in Steeet— Sufficiency of Desceiption. A claim for personal injuries describes a defect in a street with reasonable certainty and sufficiently directs the city officers thereto, where a large hole is erroneously located on the west side of a street, the notice further stating that it was near No. 228, which was a two story building on the east side, the street being only forty-six feet in width; it appearing that the city officers claimed to have made no examination of the east side, and took photographs not of the street, but of the west side only.</p>
