<p>IifjmTCTioií.—It is a matter largely in the discretion of the Court whether, on the coming in of an answer, a preliminary injunction previously granted, shall be dissolved or modified ; and the Supreme Court, on appeal, will not reverse the action of the Court below, except in a case of palpable error or abuse of discretion.</p>
