<p>Customs Duties — Classification—Hand-made Papers — India Transfer Paper.</p> <p>The hand-made papers coverer by Tariff Act July 24, 1897, c. 11, § 1, Schedule M, par. 401, 30 Stat. 189 [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 1672], enumerating “writing, letter, hand-made, drawing, * * * and typewriter paper,” are not only those used as writing papers, but also that suitable for other uses, as hand-made India transfer paper used for making lithographic transfers and in printing.</p>
