Syllabus
ORIGINAL WRITS – MANDAMUS – PROHIBITION: In original action seeking a writ prohibiting the environmental court judge from overseeing his probation in his environmental case or, in the alternative, ordering the environmental court judge to handle his probation differently, petitioner has not shown he is entitled to either a writ of mandamus or a writ of prohibition. Accordingly, we adopt the magistrate's decision and grant the environmental court judge's motion to dismiss.
