Syllabus

<p>Appeal — Decisions Appealable — Cessation oe Controversy. An appeal from' a temporary injunction, restraining the disposal of shares of stock pending the action, will he dismissed on the ground of cessation of the controversy, where subsequently the action was dismissed pursuant to a stipulation of the parties who had agreed to submit the matter to arbitration.</p>
