L. 285 — Constitutional law.</p> <p>A private corporation operating a state normal school and receiving moneys from legislative appropriations, is within the purview of the Act of April 23,1903, P. L. 285, entitled; “An Act to prevent officers or members of boards of managers of institutions receiving appropriations of state money from selling supplies to such institutions, or acting as agent for the sale of the same.”</p> <p>The Act of April 23,1903, P. L. 285, is constitutional.</p>
