<p>Wateb-cotjbse—diverting from its natural channel—liability for damages resulting. Where a railway company diverts the flow of a watercourse from its natural channel, and conducts it through a ditch to a point where it overflows the land of another, the company will be liable for such damages as result therefrom.</p>
