<p>Principal and agent — Real estate brokers — Commissions—Conflicting testimony — Case for jury.</p> <p>In an action by real estate brokers to recover commissions for the sale of real estate, the case is for the jury, and a verdict and judgment for defendant will be sustained where the plaintiffs claim that the sale was made by them to the purchaser’s daughter, is contradicted by the witnesses for the defendant, whose testimony tended strongly to show that the purchaser had no connection whatever with the broker, or relations with him, that he had an independent knowledge of the property, that he dealt with the defendant after the latter had withdrawn the property from the hands of the plaintiffs, and that the purchaser had title taken in his daughter’s name, but that none of her money had entered into the purchase.</p>
