<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>I. Recitals op Heirship in Deed — Not Binding against Strangers. Recitals of heirship in a recent deed are not binding against strangers to the instrument.</p> <p>2. Voidable Tax Deed — Party Attaching Must Show Title in Himself. A defendant in a foreclosure suit who claims title and seeks to set aside a tax deed and conveyánces thereunder and oust the helder from possession, must show some title to or interest in the land before being entitled to such relief.</p>
