<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Will — A Court Has No Power to Reform a Will. A court has no power to reform a will, or to give relief substantially of that character, by reason of its omitting a devise which the testator was fraudulently induced to believe it contained, the person taking title to the property in consequence of the omission not having been a party to the fraud.</p>
