<p>1. Parishes—Police Jury—Sale oe Courthouse.</p> <p>The police jury of a parish has no authority to sell or exchange a courthouse and grounds without legislative sanction, for the purpose of acquiring another site for a new courthouse.</p> <p>2. Same—Public Improvements.</p> <p>The remaining issues involved in this controversy were considered in the mandamus suit under the same title reported in 115 La. 579, 39 South. 627, and the rulings in that case are reaffirmed. •</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
