Foreclosure — Writ of Assistance — Purchaser.—A person not a party to-a foreclosure suit, -who claims possession of mortgaged lands otherwise than through a party to the proceeding while pending, cannot be dispossessed of the lands by writ of assistance at instance of purchaser at foreclosure sale.</p> <p>2. Cases Distinguished. — Gerald v. Gerald, 31 S. C., 171, and Trenholm v. Wilson, 13 S. C., 174, distinguished from this.</p>
