Syllabus

Motor vehicle accident bifurcated trial wanton negligence. The magistrate determined that although the State Trooper was at fault in causing the accident, his actions did not rise to the level of wanton misconduct. Further, the totality of the evidence did not establish a failure to exercise any care on the part of the State Trooper. Plaintiff failed to prove her claim, and judgment was recommended in favor of defendants.
