¶0 Petitioner brought this action seeking a writ of mandamus and declaratory relief that Respondents' contract with a religious charter school violates state and federal law and is unconstitutional. Original jurisdiction is assumed, and we grant the extraordinary and declaratory relief sought by Petitioner. ORIGINAL JURISDICTION ASSUMED WRIT OF MANDAMUS AND DECLARATORY RELIEF GRANTED.
