<p>Contracts — Contract of employment — Evidence—Case for fury.</p> <p>In an action for wages due under an alleged verbal contract of employment, tbe case is for tbe jury and a verdict for plaintiff will be sustained, where the evidence of tbe plaintiff, corroborated by one witness, was 'to tbe effect that be bad actually worked for tbe defendant for about eight weeks, and no testimony is offered to contradict tbe evidence produced on behalf of tbe plaintiff. •</p>
