<p>Negligence — Street railways — Bight angle collision — Moving van —Nonsuit.</p> <p>In an action against a street railway company to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by tbe driver of a large moving van in a right angle collision at a crossing with one of defendant’s cars, a compulsory nonsuit was properly entered where it appeared that plaintiff’s view in either direction was unobstructed; that he could have seen the car 350 feet away had he looked; but that he did not see the car until it was 10 or 15 feet away and too late to avoid a collision.</p>
