<p>Appeal—Judgment fob Delivery of Beal and Personal Property— Stay of Execution—Duty of Trial Court to Fix Bond.—Where the judgment appealed from directs the delivery of real and personal property, it is the duty of the trial court under- sections 943 and 945 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to fix the amount of the' bond to be given to stay the execution of the judgment pending the appeal.</p> <p>Id.—Want of Jurisdiction of Supreme Court.—The supreme court has-no jurisdiction to fix the amount for such undertaking.</p>
