<p>Statute oe Limitations between Yendob and Yendee.—The grantor who conveys by a quitclaim deed, may remain in possession of the property conveyed, and assert and maintain an adverse jiossession for the term of five years, and thus acquire a title, as against the grantee, by the Statute •of Limitations.</p>
