Syllabus

<p>Divorce — Alimony—Division op Property. In an action for divorce, an award of $5,660 as permanent alimony and in lieu of dower rights is inadequate, and will be increased to $10,000, where it appears that defendant had separate property of the value of sixty to eighty thousand dollars, readily convertible, and a large income from mining interests.</p>
