<p>Negotiable instruments — Promissory notes — Holder for value— Conflicting evidence.</p> <p>Tbe case is for tbe jury, in an action by tbe bolder of a promissory note against tbe payee and endorser, where tbe evidence is conflicting as to whether tbe plaintiff was tbe bolder for a valuable consideration, or whether she bad practically stolen it and tbe conditions under which it was to have been delivered to her in the future, bad never been complied with.</p>
