<p>Attorney and Client — Fees — Determination.</p> <p>Determining the fees for services of an attorney is a matter of great delicacy, and a court in fixing them must be- guided by a conscientious estimate of their value. Expert opinion in such a case is a useful guide, but is not necessarily controlling on the court. Where the nature and extent of the services are shown by the record, it is the duty of the court to bring to bear its knowledge of the value of the services rendered by counsel. Where the amount allowed by the trial judge for professional services is not manifestly insufficient or excessive, the judgment will be affirmed.</p> <p>[Ed. Note. — For cases in point, see Cent.
