<p>Permitting. Gamingí on Premises. “Lessee or occupantCode 1880, § 2848.</p> <p>One who lias sub-leased to another certain rooms and parted with all possession and control over them cannot he punished as the “lessee or occupant” thereof if his sub-lessee, though with his knowledge, permits gaming to be carried on therein in violation of § 2848, code 1880.</p>
