<p>SYLLABUS by the court.</p> <p>Fraternal Insurance — Insured a Suicide — Certificate Forfeited. The evidence all pointed to suicide of the person insured by the policy sued on herein, and was such that no other reasonable conclusion could be drawn. Held, error to refuse a directed verdict for the defendant.</p>
