Syllabus

Upon remand from the court of appeals, the trial court was vested with jurisdiction to consider and rule upon appellee's motion to vacate a Foreclosure Decree judgment pursuant to Civ.R. 60(B). The trial court did not abuse its discretion when it granted appellee's motion to vacate a Foreclosure Decree judgment pursuant to Civ.R. 60(B). Judgment affirmed.
