Syllabus

<p>A deed obtained through' fraud and duress is only voidable, and a bona fide purchaser from the vendee ip such deed, for a valuable consideration, without notice of the fraud or duress, will hold the property.</p> <p>The Supreme Court will not review the findings of the Court below in an equity cause upon a question of fact, if the party objecting to the finding and appealing does not move for a new trial, and appeal from the order overruling the motion. _</p>
