The petitioner, Demarcus Keyon Cole, appeals the dismissal of his petition for writ of error coram nobis, which petition challenged his 2013 Madison County Circuit Court jury convictions for felony murder and especially aggravated robbery, arguing that he is entitled to a new trial due to newly discovered evidence.
